Welcome to the homepage of Functional Imaging & Nanomaterials Laboratory!
We are working on nanoscale imaging and nanofabrication of advanced functional materials and devices using various Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) techniques. The materials range from traditional perovskite ferroelectrics to self-assembled bioorganic materials and Li batteries. They are used as essential components for energy harvesting devices, biosensors and biological scaffolds, microactuators and Li battery separators. Our group hosts three SPMs each suitable for different experimental conditions (such as magnetic field and atmosphere) and chemical preparation lab.
